Head of Finance Shared Services - Manchester / Hybrid - £70,000 - £85,000
An excellent opportunity to join a growing mid-size business and lead the Finance Shared Services function with a focus around improving process and efficiencies, whilst ensuring BAU is highly effective. You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience managing large teams within finance across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll. Someone with strong finance systems ability and excellent people management skills, who can accurately deliver timely financial transaction services.
Key Areas of the Role:
*Taking responsibility for cash and banking
*Managing the AP, AR, and Payroll functions
*Developing the Treasury team
*Improving efficiencies and automations
*Owning finance systems
*Stakeholder management
The ideal candidate will be Qualified and have extensive experience leading a finance shared service centre / transactions finance team, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and manage large teams effectively, as well as understand process improvement efficiencies and automation within an SSC environment.
