Finance Manager
London
Salary up to £70,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
Are you ready to take on a pivotal finance role in an innovative property investment group?

They are seeking a Finance Manager to play a critical role in their finance team. With a focus on financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning, you’ll have the opportunity to shape processes and make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will be based onsite 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities for this role will include
*Lead a small finance team, managing both in-house and overseas outsourced teams.
*Be responsible for the management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and insightful variance analysis with KPIs.
*Prepare statutory financial statements and oversee external reporting processes.
*Handle tax computations, VAT, and CIS returns across their group entities.
*Oversee lender and investor reporting, providing critical finance data to key stakeholders.
*Manage budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations for corporate entities and SPVs.
*Review and implement process improvements
*Assist the Finance Director on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
Key skills required for this role will include
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially aware professional who can hit the ground running.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
*Qualified Accountant (Either ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
*Proven experience in real estate accounting, particularly within development or investment firms.
*Deep understanding of UK accounting standards (FRS 102) and real estate accounting policies.
*A team player with a proactive attitude
*Meticulous attention to detail with strong technical and commercial acumen.
*A problem-solver who can identify areas for improvement and drive change.
