The Job
In this role, you will:
*Develop and implement a bespoke marketing effectiveness framework across multiple countries.
*Lead a global Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) program, helping countries interpret results and drive recommendations.
*Manage a marketing test-and-learn program to evaluate and optimise marketing and media strategies.
*Collaborate with teams across 10 markets to improve media performance for offline and online channels.
*Identify opportunities to enhance marketing measurement, working with external partners and building business cases.

We’re looking for someone with:
*Proven experience in MMM deployment and marketing measurement.
*A background in client-side or media agency roles, with strong knowledge of marketing principles.
*Experience working with multiple markets or in an international role.
*Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
*The ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
