Job Title: Resident Services Manager (Dual Site)
Location: North/East London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Position Overview: The company is seeking an experienced Resident Services Manager to oversee two key sites in North and East London. This role involves managing a team of up to 10 individuals, including maintenance professionals, resident service supervisors, and resident service assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a health and safety qualification, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership:
* Manage and inspire a team of up to 10 staff.

* Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities.

* Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.


* Resident Services:
* Oversee high-quality resident services.

* Resolve resident queries and concerns promptly.

* Coordinate resident events and community activities.


* Property Maintenance:
* Ensure both sites are maintained to high standards.

* Schedule and oversee repairs and improvements.

* Implement preventative maintenance programs.


* Health and Safety:
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

* Promote a culture of safety among staff and residents.


* Operational Excellence:
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.

* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

* Monitor key performance indicators for continuous improvement.


Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within property management or hospitality.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
