Description
*Oversee and manage the Accounting & Finance department
*Ensure financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
*Lead and develop a finance systems team
*Implement new processes and controls where necessary
*Work with other team leaders to grow the business and formulates strategies
*Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
*Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
*Develop and manage financial systems/policies
Profile
A successful Finance Systems Manager should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
*Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA
*Experience in a similar role within the business services industry
*Excellent leadership and team management skills
*Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures
*Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
