*Ensure compliance with leasing regulations, oversee audits, and update teams on legislative changes.
*Lead marketing and lettings strategies for new assets and instructions.
*Drive process improvements through innovation, technology, and training.
*Prepare and oversee leasing-related reports.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Support recruitment and management of leasing staff.
*Assist with new business pitches and proposals.
