Building Management System Engineer
Location: Surrey
Salary: £48,000 + benefits + company car
Contract: Permanent
Are you a skilled BMS Engineer seeking a dynamic role in a fast-paced, service-driven team? We are hiring a talented professional to deliver exceptional building management system (BMS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform routine checks, fault monitoring, and repairs for BMS & control systems.
*Replace and calibrate components like actuators, valves, and controllers.
*Download and install software for system updates.
*Manage spare parts, coordinate with contractors, and maintain service records.
*Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and participate in on-call shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
*Expertise with TAC or Trend operating systems.
*Proven experience in BMS installation and maintenance.
*Qualified to BS7671 17th Edition or equivalent.
*Strong knowledge of 3-phase & star delta equipment.
*Full UK driving license and flexibility for seasonal shifts.
Personal Attributes:
*Highly professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
*Adaptable, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
