Seeking a proficient Finance Systems Analyst to support, optimise and enhance the finance systems within the business services department based in their office in Banbury.This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual, capable of analysing and improving the current systems.

Description
*Support and manage the finance systems within the business services department.
*Identify and implement enhancements to existing systems.
*Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Analyse system performance and develop optimisation strategies.
*Manage system upgrades and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
*Provide training and support to system users.
*Act as a liaison between the finance department and IT to resolve any system issues.
*Stay abreast of industry developments and make recommendations for system improvements.
Profile
A successful Finance Systems Analyst should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
*Experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent knowledge of finance systems and databases.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Job Offer
*An estimated salary range of £55,000-£65,000 per annum.
