Graduate Manufacturing Management Trainee

Job Description

*Preparation of monthly production plans
*Monitor performance versus production plans
*Supervision of production performance
*Calculation of appropriate stock holding levels
*Work closely with HR to support the training, development, and appraisal of production-based supervision
*Provide assistance to production-based supervision in optimising performance
*Identify, champion and execute improvement opportunities
*Support supply chain management
*Liaise with the Sales function to support KPIs in respect of service delivery
*ERP Super-user
*Participate in new employee inductions and training
*Support effective H&S practices


Graduate Manufacturing Management Trainee

Essentials Qualifications & Skills

*Degree qualified with a minimum 2:1 in any subject
*Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE English
*Minimum Grade A / 7 in GCSE Maths
*Strong Excel Skills – ability to create spreadsheets, input formulae, reference cells, pivot tables, conditional formatting etc as well as an ability to learn new functions and implement
*Work Experience – any part or full-time experience for at least three consecutive months
