Job Description:
We are looking for a Reward and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in Birmingham on a 12-month FTC. In this role you will lead initiatives to support the development of a healthy, engaged, and high-performing workforce within a large professional services firm. You will play a key role in driving both our reward and wellbeing strategies, ensuring they are effectively tailored and implemented across the organisation.
You’ll make an impact by:
*Providing specialist guidance and support on reward and wellbeing initiatives, with a direct impact on shaping the firm’s strategy
*Supporting and engaging with our network of wellbeing ambassadors, including regional leads, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing
*Collaborating with our people team to identify and address wellbeing challenges, ensuring programs are responsive and impactful
*Actively managing wellbeing cases, participating in monthly calls to track progress and ensure the appropriate support is in place

*Previous experience in a Reward Advisor role
*Experience in a wellbeing role is desired but not essential. Ideally you will have a passion and enthusiasm for employee health and wellbeing, understand the synergies with employee benefits/reward, with a desire to instil a culture where people are able to be their best selves to work
*Strong numerical and analytical skills enabling you to adeptly manage and manipulate large data sets for actionable insights. Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills are essential for this role
*Creative writing and internal written communications experience
*Mental Health first aid trained - desirable
