Key Responsibilities:
*Manage end-to-end manual payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
*Utilize strong Excel skills to perform payroll calculations, data analysis, and create insightful reports.
*Oversee and prepare payroll reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved.
*Provide guidance and support to a junior staff member, fostering their development within the team.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll and reporting operations.
What We’re Looking For:
*Demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
*Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
*Strong attention to detail, with a track record of accurate reporting.
*Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is desirable.
*Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment.
