Butler Rose is working with one of our client in London area in their search for a Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) to join their Finance team. This is a temp role with hybrid working (three days in office)

Responsibilities:
* Check and verify invoices via purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
* Address and resolve queries from suppliers promptly and professionally.
* Maintain and build strong vendor relationships.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
* Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Required Experience:
* The ideal candidate will be familiar with accounts payable and excellent communication abilities.
* They should have experience with financial transactions, standard processes, invoice processing, and familiarity with council taxes.
* This role is more focused on administrative tasks, and candidates will need experience with Dynamics 365.of or ability to work within financial environment of a fast-paced organisation.
* Experience of delivering a customer focused service.
* Able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.
* Able to prioritise within pressurised environment to meet required deadlines.

Knowledge:
* Adequate knowledge and understanding of financial processes, preferably within a housing environment will be a plus
