You will play a critical role in driving financial decision-making and supporting business performance across the dynamic food business. You’ll work closely with senior finance professionals and operational teams to provide accurate, timely financial information, ensuring the success of strategic business decisions
Description
You will be responsible for:
*Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
*Compile and analyse financial information to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
*Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
*Establish and monitor the implementation of accounting control procedures
*Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
*Collaborate with financial auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
*Monitor and support taxation requirements
*Develop and maintain financial databases and systems
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A recognised accounting qualification
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
*Experience in the FMCG industry
*Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software
*Strong analytical skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
