Financial Services Outsourcing Director – West End, London - Top 10 Firm
Are you an Outsourcing Senior Manager or Director looking to head up a forward thinking and fast-growing department
Our client is a rapidly growing Top 10 firm, with aims to reach a 1000 headcount in the near future. On an acquisition streak, the firm is constantly branching out into new client sectors, widening their offering and becoming a household name. Despite their size, they maintain a mid-tier feel, with small, dedicated specialist teams, as well as a strong link between partners, managers and their teams.
Financial Services Outsourcing Director responsibilities include:
*Leading a team of all levels, from trainee to manager.
*You will be responsible for the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team.
*work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service
*You will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments within your office, to help shape to journey of the office itself.
As a Financial Services Outsourcing Director, you will:
*Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
*Have over 6 years’ post-qualified experience
*Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of management accounts clients
*Demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience with clients in the financial services sector
*Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
*Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
