£400pwd, paid via Umbrella Company
Contract Details:
6 Month Contract - Scope to extend
Responsibilities:
*Lead the delivery and implementation of internally developed applications for our client’s organisation.
*Collaborate closely with the team and business stakeholders to define, document, and agree on functional requirements for software solutions.
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
*Develop comprehensive project plans and share them with clients and team members.
*Manage project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate verification techniques.
*Define project objectives and involve relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
*Analyse and document changes to business processes and software systems.
*Engage in user interviews and direct interaction to understand and document systems and software solutions.
*Utilise standard methodologies and templates to create and maintain project documentation.
*Work with business users and systems architects to develop functional specifications.
*Collaborate with software developers to convert functional specifications into technical specifications.
*Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
*Assist in developing and implementing test strategies and test cases.
*Provide regular updates to the Project Management Office (PMO) on project status and contribute to project lifecycle governance.
*Manage product backlogs and provide application support to business users.
*Act as a scrum master in an agile development environment.
*Ensure effective governance is applied during project delivery.
*Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet budgetary objectives.
*Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
*Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
