Looking for a fresh start in 2025? Our client, a well-established fire protection service in Horsham, is searching for two highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrators to join their growing team.
If you have strong administrative skills and thrive in a customer-facing role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Role: *Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations.
*Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets.
*Keep clients informed with regular updates on job progress.
*Update client contract terms via the CRM database.
*Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
*Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations.
*Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines.
The Candidate: *Proven experience in administration (essential).
*Exceptional customer service skills-you’ll be the key point of contact for clients.
*A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Experience in engineer scheduling (a bonus, but not required).
What’s in It for You? *Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
*Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
*20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service-and your birthday off!
*Annual performance bonus.
