Description
*Lead the sourcing and procurement of MEP related goods and services.
*Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their MEP requirements.
*Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers.
*Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
*Implement strategic procurement initiatives to optimise supply chain operations.
*Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
*Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
*Manage and resolve any supply chain related issues.
Profile
A successful ’Senior Buyer (MEP)’ should have:
*A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in procurement and supply chain management.
*Able to work in Somerset on a hybrid basis.
*Candidate should come with experience dealing with the construction industry. Experience with NEC3/NEC4.
