Job Description:
Temporary PA / Communications Executive needed in Bristol for 3 months
My client is looking for an highly organised and efficient PR and Communications Intern to provide comprehensive support to one of the companies executives . The ideal candidate will manage the company’s social media platforms, provide internal and external communications This role needs someone who has excellent communication skills and can multitask in a busy environment.
This role is office based salary between £30k - £32k , 37.5 hour per week.
Responsibilities:-
*Communications: Compose and publish content for social media platforms , compiling monthly newsletters.
*Overseeing records , ensuring all data is accurately inputted to files and databases.
*Provide general administrative support including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and managing expenses.
*Analyzing and collecting important data
Requirements :-
*Entry level experience, ideally with some prior knowledge of graphic designing and/or social media.
*Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Canva is an extra Advantage.
