Your new role
As an Assistant Accountant, you will support theSenior Management Accountant. You will be responsible for:
*Preparing and managing service charge accounts.
*Budgeting and forecasting for property-related expenses.
*Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records.
*Assisting with financial reporting and audits.
*Collaboratingwith property managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have:
*Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant within the Housing sector.
*Strong understanding of service charge accounting.
*Experience with property management accounting software.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable.
