Pay Rate: £22 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Engagement

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Community Therapy team. The role involves providing care across a variety of specialties, including stroke and neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, elderly care, respiratory, and musculoskeletal outpatients, ensuring effective recovery and improved quality of life for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, independence, and quality of life.
*Deliver therapy in community settings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
*Manage a varied caseload, including stroke/neuro rehabilitation, orthopaedic recovery, elderly care, and respiratory care.
*Provide musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapy services, addressing acute and chronic conditions.
*Promote self-management and educate patients and their families on exercise and rehabilitation techniques.
*Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards and Trust policies.
Key Requirements:
*HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
*At least 6 months NHS experience, preferably in community or outpatient settings.
*Experience in stroke/neuro rehabilitation, orthopaedics, elderly care, respiratory, and MSK.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
*Ability to independently manage a diverse and complex caseload.
