Are you a passionate Behaviour Mentor or Sports Coach looking to inspire and support KS2 students? Tradewind Education is seeking a dedicated individual to join a thriving primary school in Islington on a full-time basis starting January 2025.
About the Role:
This exciting position combines behaviour mentoring with sports coaching, supporting KS2 students to thrive both in the classroom and on the field.
Responsibilities include:
*Providing tailored behavioural support to individual students and small groups.
*Promoting positive behaviour and social skills throughout the school day.
*Leading engaging sports and physical education sessions.
*Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive classroom environments.
*Building strong relationships with students to foster confidence and resilience.
Requirements:
*Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in behaviour support or sports coaching.
*Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
*A background in sports or coaching with a passion for physical education.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Commitment to full-time work from January 2025.
*Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
