Key Responsibilities:


*Develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies across various channels.
*Create engaging content that captures our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.
*Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
*Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:


*Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Media (BA, BSc, or equivalent), CIM, or relevant experience in a similar role.
*Full UK driving license and access to a car due to the location of the offices.
*Proficient knowledge of all major marketing channels.
*Excellent written communication skills with a proven ability to craft interesting and complelling content.
*Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising campaigns.
*Confident with exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong relationships.
*Proactive, outgoing, and adaptable to changing priorities.
*IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
*Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
