About the Firm & Role:
Our client is an established regional law firm specialising in several personal and business services including wills and probate, residential conveyancing, commercial property & litigation/PI. The firm have for years provided a professional and personal service to both clients and business locally and have a strong reputation within the area.

You will be joining a professional yet friendly small team where everyone is appreciated for their involvement within the firm.

The role:
This role would suit either a range of experience levels from someone looking to take that next step forward in their career and move into a fee earning role up to an experienced residential conveyancer that may have their own client base to bring with them.

You will be managing your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build purchases.

About you:A proven history of working in a residential conveyancing role either as a paralegal or qualified/fee earning capacity Ability to communicate well and build lasting relationships with clients Excellent attention to detail
