BMS Commissioning Engineer
Full Time, Permanent
Up to £45,000 (doe)

Due to significant growth and a robust pipeline of projects, our client is seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in commissioning BMS systems, ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
*Gain a deep understanding of project technical scopes.
*Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with installation standards and prevent potential issues.
*Collaborate with clients, representatives, and contractors to resolve challenges.
*Collect, record, and report site measurements, system setups, and performance data.
*Coordinate commissioning activities with clients and subcontractors, aligning with project timelines.
*Prepare comprehensive commissioning documentation and reports.
*Address post-handover issues and provide ongoing maintenance and remedial work.
*Proactively identify and address project issues, escalating as necessary.
*Actively participate in project meetings and collaborate with team members.
Experience:
*Strong understanding of electrical PLC-based control systems, control panels, and basic IT networking.
*Proven experience in commissioning PLC-based systems in the construction industry.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
*A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
The Role Offers:

*A competitive salary package, potentially in the £40,000-£50,000 range, depending on experience.
