THE ROLE As a Product Manager / Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering world-class products. You’ll work closely with engineering and business teams to define product roadmaps, prioritise features, and ensure that customer needs are at the heart of every decision.
Key responsibilities include: *Acting as the voice of the customer at the product level.
*Developing detailed product requirement specifications and roadmaps.
*Capturing customer needs, requirements, and constraints to shape the product vision.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to break down goals into actionable milestones.
*Gathering feedback from customers and business teams to refine product direction.
*Leading program incremental planning and prioritising tasks for delivery teams.
*Defining use cases and validation metrics to confirm product alignment with customer needs.
*Managing risks and resolving release issues affecting scope, schedule, or quality.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To succeed in this role, you will need:
*2+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner.
*A proven ability to manage backlogs and decompose features into actionable user stories.
*Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and customers.
*A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
*Leadership experience within cross-functional technical teams.
*Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups.
*Technical and business acumen, enabling informed product trade-offs.
*A passion for robotics and enhancing user experience.
Nice to have: *A background in robotics or relevant technologies.
*Software or hardware engineering experience.
*Experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
