CUSTOMER DATA ANALYST
UP TO £43,000 + BENEFITS
LONDON (HYBRID WORKING)

THE COMPANY A globally renowned luxury brand is on the lookout for a Customer Data Analyst to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an organisation celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship and innovative approach to customer experience. You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative team, helping to drive strategic decisions through insightful analysis and impeccable data management.
THE ROLE As a Customer Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality customer data, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering actionable insights. Your work will directly support the company’s mission to enhance customer service and drive performance across multiple teams.
Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring Data Quality:
*Maintaining and improving the quality of customer data within the database.
*Identifying and resolving errors through the in-house data quality management tool.
*Collaborating with retail teams to share best practices for data capture and provide tailored training.
* Developing Customer Insights:
*Conducting detailed analyses of customer behaviour, trends, and profiles.
*Sharing key insights with internal teams, including retail, merchandising, and operations, to guide decision-making.
*Supporting CRM targeting initiatives and contributing to segmentation projects across the business.
* Monitoring Customer Performance:
*Regularly tracking and reporting on customer performance metrics to support retail success.
*Engaging with store teams, regional directors, and other key stakeholders to share updates and drive alignment.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will need:
*Experience with statistical methodologies and customer behaviour analysis.
*Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Cognos.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
*A customer-first approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*A commitment to confidentiality and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
*A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable
