SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a skilled School Finance Leader to oversee the financial operations of two to three schools in North West London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team.
The Role As a School Finance Leader, you will:
*Lead and manage the financial operations across a cluster of schools, ensuring robust financial health and compliance.
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with the schools’ strategic goals.
*Work closely with senior leadership teams to provide clear and insightful financial advice.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, managing audits and financial reporting processes effectively.
*Manage and mentor finance teams across the schools, fostering collaboration and excellence.

*Has a proven track record of managing complex budgets and multi-site operations.
*Is proactive, organized, and an exceptional communicator, with the ability to inspire confidence in stakeholders.
