Management Accountant - Permanent - Leicester - up to £45,000 per annum plus study support

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone actively studying ACCA or CIMA, looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment. You’ll work closely with senior finance professionals and contribute to the company’s success by delivering key financial insights and reports.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:
*Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
*Support the business with decision-making through accurate financial reporting
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost management and control
*Provide insightful analysis on financial performance and variances
The ideal candidate will be/have:
*Actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualification
*Experience in a finance or accounting role, with exposure to management accounts
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*A motivated, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop
