Lead Data Quality Analyst
Salary: Up to £80,000
Location: London
Our leading retail client is seeking a Data Quality Lead to join their expanding data team and drive the implementation of data quality tools and processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop Technology Solutions: Lead the creation of systems to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and address the root causes of data quality issues.
*Implement Best Practices: Establish and advocate for proactive strategies to prevent data quality problems from occurring.
*Oversee Data Quality Tools and Processes: Manage the deployment and configuration of data quality tools, working closely with Data Management teams to ensure successful implementation.
*Promote Data Quality Awareness: Raise awareness of data quality management among both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a commitment to maintaining high standards.
*Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure long-term solutions for data quality issues.
*Design and Deploy Monitoring Systems: Implement systems to enhance issue detection and reporting within Nucleus, leading to improved data quality.
*Collaborate on Data Quality Standards: Work with Data Design and Data Engineering teams to establish and uphold standards for managing data quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and in production.
Required Skills:
*Experience in mentorship or leadership roles.
*Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
*Experience with implementing data quality tools.
*Familiarity with data platforms.
*Experience with data catalog tools is a plus.
