My Client is looking for a Controls Engineer with experience in designing manufacturing engineering systems.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer with strong electrical bias to start a career within a well known organization, and have a fresh start in 2025!

Responsibilities
*Detailed design of control/electrical systems including selection of equipment, generation of schematics, cable schedules & electrical calculations.
*Electrical control panel layout / design.
*AutoCAD and Possibly Solid Works as a design/drafting tool.
*Selection and configuration of process instrumentation, sensors, weighing systems etc.
*Development and Programming various manufacturers PLC’s, HMI’s and SCADA.
*Produce project related documentation using various IT package including Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
*Direct involvement in control panel design, build and testing.
*On-site commissioning of Electrical, Control and Instrumentation systems
*Involvement in the budgeting and estimation process
*Assist in the CE Marking assessment using Laidler/Sistema Software and produce supporting documentation.
*Functional Safety system design to include interlocks / guarding / trip systems
*Design of systems compliant with ATEX Regulations - COMPEX certified
