Job Description:
Our client is one of the biggest, and most respected businesses in Real Estate. GKR International have been their chosen recruitment partner for a number of years as we continue to help grow and develop their Sales function.
Due to an upcoming launch, we have been tasked with finding an experienced Project Sales Manager.
As a Project Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the sales team, driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure
high performance.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to
inform strategic decisions.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team.
On offer:
- Basic salary of £40,000-£50,000
- £80,000-£90,000 OTE
- Private Medical cover
- Clear and transparent management structure and promotion opportunity.
