communities.
  
A New Homes Consultant will play an important role in the Sales process, linking Customer Service and Sales acumen to foster the highest level of service for the Buyers.
  
Sales and Customer Service:

o Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide detailed
information about our developments.
o Conduct viewings and tours of show homes and development sites.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalised
service and support.
o Negotiate sales contracts and manage the sales process to completion.

On offer:

- Basic salary up to £32.000
- £50,000-£65,000 OTE
