The Role:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering goods and services to clients, ensuring the highest standards in cleanliness and presentation across various locations. This role involves driving a van to multiple sites, safely handling heavy crates, and conducting meticulous inspections to maintain exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Documenting inspection results, reporting areas of concern, and liaising with the Operations team.
*Performing inventory checks to ensure food, beverage, and other services are well-stocked.
*Driving and delivering food and beverage items daily to various locations.
*Assessing and recommending improvements for cleaning procedures.
*Ensuring communal areas, offices, and restrooms meet strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.
*Inspecting completed maintenance and cleaning tasks to verify compliance with quality expectations.
About You:
*Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Comfortable working independently and making decisions without direct supervision.
*Have a clean driving licence and proven experience in delivery management.
*Physically capable of visiting multiple sites, including working outside standard business hours.
*Can start shifts at 5am, with reliable access to the office for departure.
*Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
*Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and their application in a workplace setting.
