Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment a Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor.  
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors. 
The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: 
*The commercial management of construction projects from start to finish
*Managing all financials and contracts to ensure projects are delivered within cost and budget
*Pre-contract management and subcontract appointments
*Reviewing valuations and applications and managing procurement and payments
*Managing risks and leading contract reviews
*Leading on dispute resolution
*Managing more junior staff in the commercial team
The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will need: 
*Previous experience working as a QS or Senior QS
*Construction industry experience in a commercial role
*Good experience of JCT and/or NEC contracts
*Good communication skills with the ability to influence
*Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects
