Job Description:
Position Details
*Location: Bournemouth
*Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
*Type of Work: Supporting school students with special educational needs
*Start Date: ASAP
*Contract Type: Temp to Perm/Permanent
*Full Time/Part Time: Full Time/Part Time avaliable
*Working Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, (hours may vary) plus occasional parents’ evenings
Experience, Training, and Qualifications
*Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, ideally within an SEND setting
*Training: Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year
*Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable but not essential
Eligibility
*Right to Work: Must hold the right to work in the UK
*DBS Certificate: Must hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
*References: Provide two professional child-related references
