Position Details:
*Role: Customer Service Advisor
*Location: Ferndown
*Hours: Shifts between 14:00 - 23:00, Friday to Sunday
*Flexibility: Opportunity to work hybrid or fully remote after 3 months of successful performance
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customers feel valued and supported.

*A team player who is also self-motivated and capable of working independently.
*Exceptional attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities as a customer service advisor :
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, delivering clear and helpful solutions.
*Resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
*Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and escalate feedback appropriately.
*Meet and exceed targets set by the client, such as first-call resolution and quality standards.
