Business Systems Trainer
*Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
*Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
*Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
*Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role
As a Business Systems Trainer, your responsibilities will include:
*Acting as the subject matter expert for CAFM systems (Computer-Aided Facility Management) and reporting processes.
*Identifying user training needs, delivering tailored sessions, and maintaining up-to-date system knowledge.
*Promoting compliance with business system best practices and supporting users with technical queries.
*Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across multiple accounts.
*Contributing to high-profile projects by enhancing user efficiency and operational effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience as a technical trainer or in-depth knowledge of CAFM, CMMS, or EAM systems.
*Alternatively, a background in business support or customer service with advanced IT skills.
*Outstanding communication abilities and a proactive approach to training delivery.
*Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and internationally when required.
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
*A full UK driving licence.
*A valid UK passport.
*Eligibility for BPSS security clearance (Basic Pre-Employment Screening).
