A PE Backed Tech Business in Central London are looking for a progressive Qualified Accountant that is looking to make the step up to F.C. The ideal background will be someone who is ACA Qualified from Practice within a minimum of 1 year in industry.
Duties to include;
*Responsible for UK & Ireland entity whilst managing a small team (reporting into Group FD)
*Manage cash-flow, intercompany fund and ensure compliance
*Preparation of board packs for monthly meetings
*Review of group reporting packs
*Leading on the budget process
*Preparation of company tax returns (supported by FD & advisor)
*Annual statutory financial statements
*Financial modelling when needed
