Senior Business Development Manager - Emerging Markets Focus

The Role: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with institutional investors across global markets. Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and retain institutional clients with a focus on emerging market funds.
*Identify and cultivate relationships with global investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and endowments.
*Collaborate with internal teams, including investment and marketing, to deliver tailored investment solutions.
*Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.
*Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
Key Requirements:
*Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management within the asset management industry.
*In-depth knowledge of emerging markets investment strategies and products.
*Experience working with institutional clients across multiple geographies.
*Strong network of contacts within the global investor community.
*Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to navigate complex investment discussions and articulate value propositions effectively.
