Digital Marketing Assistant / Executive
Location: UK (Completely Remote)
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
Days/Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
The Opportunity
Work closely with the CEO and a dedicated team of 7 to gain invaluable, high-level experience within a digital marketing team responsible for managing £20 million in client revenue. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to impactful campaigns, and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your input truly makes a difference.
Duties:
*Conduct market research and competitor analysis across PPC, organic, and non-digital channels to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
*Perform keyword research for PPC campaigns to optimise ad performance and targeting.
*Work closely with the design team to assist in the delivery of new web projects, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
*Use industry-leading tools and pivot tables to prepare reports, including data visualisation and screenshot analysis for detailed insights (training provided).
*Support the creation of detailed monthly reports by ensuring accurate data entry and identifying actionable insights.
*Develop instructional documentation for marketing and development teams to enhance campaign execution and alignment.
*Review websites and projects, documenting bugs or performance issues for the development team to address.
*Analyse consumer data lists and events to assist the team in developing actionable strategies.
*Evaluate content performance to assess the accuracy and effectiveness of keyword strategies and audience targeting.
*Update client reviews and compile data for newsletters to support customer engagement efforts.
*Prepare mid-month performance figures to assist in ongoing strategy refinement.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Extremely organised, with strong time management skills.
*Previous experience in digital marketing, analytics, or data-focused roles is preferred.
*Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
*Proficiency in using industry-leading tools, Excel (including pivot tables), and reporting platforms.
*Familiarity with PPC platforms, keyword research, and campaign optimisation techniques.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in quality assurance and data analysis.
