Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant school in South Liverpool.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with special educational needs.
*Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
*Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child’s needs are met.
*Support students with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, and learning difficulties.
*Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment to enable all children to thrive.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
*Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting (essential).
*A caring and patient nature, with excellent communication skills.
*The ability to adapt to individual learning styles and needs.
*Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
*A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or SEN (desirable but not essential).
