Associate Director – Corporate Finance Advisory in Social Housing, Regeneration & Infrastructure

Our client is a corporate finance, corporate development, M&A and capital markets advisory business specialising in social housing, infrastructure, ESG, regeneration and energy transition. Typical projects include hospital re-financing, advising on major regeneration projects or helping a housing association raise money in the debt capital markets to invest in the development of new homes. The client ensures that their team provide the right support structure with their established team of senior professionals who have exceptional knowledge of their specialisms. The team is really embedded in their respective sectors, which means they offer first-rate advice and are trusted to deliver outcomes that yield real impact for communities.
They are now expanding and want to employ an Associate Director level individual as they have a full pipeline of work to join the team that focuses on social housing, infrastructure, regeneration, and capital markets. This is a great opportunity, and the successful candidate will be:
*Working in an advisory business or have had exposure to advisory at some point in their career
*Happy to sell professional services as a well as execute them
*In possession of a good degree and a professional qualification (such as ACA, CFO, IMC or equivalent)
*Established in their career and be able to show a track record of excellence
*Interested in the areas of specialism of our client
