Role Overview 
Our client is looking to hire multiple Interest Interest Rates Sales Associates to join their sales team, working alongside the senior members of the team in servicing their hedge fund clients. This role is open to candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds - including sales, trading, middle office, structuring, or other relevant roles - who have a strong understanding of interest rate products and a desire to transition into a front-office position with high earnings potential. 
The firm will invest a significant amount of resource into helping you grow into a high performing interest rates sales professional through providing mentorship, daily exposure to hedge fund portfolio managers, and a clear path to promotion, with the senior members of the team earning substantially more than the market standard. 
Requirements & Qualifications 
*Experience: 1-5 years of experience in fixed income sales, trading structuring, middle office, or a related area that has provided knowledge of interest rates markets. 
*Communication:?Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. 
*Ambition:?Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow and succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment 
*Technical Skills:?A good understanding of interest rate derivatives and macroeconomics is advantageous. 
*Proven Track Record: Strong track record of performance in a previous role 
Key Selling Points: 
*Compensation: Competitive base salary with a first-year total compensation target of approximately £100,000-£120,000. People who progress in this team and achieve promotion are earning multiples of this.
*Development: Daily exposure to hedge fund portfolio managers and direct mentorship from senior professionals.
