Key Responsibilities
*Oversee custody implementations for global clients, coordinating with clients, consultants, prior custodians, and investment managers.
*Serve as the primary client contact, providing transition details and updates.
*Translate client needs into procedures, working with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
*Create and manage transition project plans, schedules, and documentation.
*Facilitate pre-implementation meetings to align sales, operations, and relationship teams.
*Monitor project milestones, risks, and scope changes, escalating issues as needed.
*Provide status updates to stakeholders, ensuring all workstreams meet deadlines.
*Act as a subject matter expert during the sales process, delivering transition plans.
*Coordinate cross-regional activities and manage workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
*Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Experience in custody services, investment management operations, and project management.
*Investment management qualifications are a plus.
Experience
*Solid experience in custody products, services, and systems.
*Knowledge of investment management operations and full project lifecycles.
*Background in business analysis or project management within asset management or related fields.
