As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and security of our IT systems. You will work across a diverse technology stack, taking ownership of administration, maintenance, and improvements while supporting the business with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*Microsoft Azure Administration: Oversee and maintain our Azure environments.
*Linux Server Administration: Manage and optimize Linux-based systems.
*Network Administration: Ensure the stability and security of networks, including VPNs, firewalls, and routers.
*Windows Server & Microsoft 365 Administration: Support and maintain these systems, including Teams.
*System Monitoring & Security: Utilize tools like Nagios, OpsGenie, and GrayLog to ensure system health and security.
*ISO 27001 & SOC 2 Compliance: Maintain documentation, support audits, and uphold security standards.
*Create and maintain technical guides, WIKI pages, and end-user support documentation.
*Investigate and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
*Collaborate with third-party suppliers and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
*Minimum of 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Administration.
*Proven ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals, end users, and business stakeholders.
*A proactive self-starter who excels at problem-solving and delivering fast results.
Essential Skills:
