Goodman Masson are partnered with a London based Real Estate company looking to hire an Indirect Tax Senior Manager as part of a growing Tax team.
Responsibilities:
*Indirect Tax heavy role.
*Serves as an in-house tax consultant for the group, offering guidance on business activities, transactions, and construction, while overseeing tax-related due diligence processes.
*Assesses and addresses the tax training needs across the organization.
*Holds overall accountability for managing indirect tax compliance, utilizing both internal and external resources when necessary.
*Collaborates with the Tax Director to nurture and expand relationships with HMRC, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.
*Oversees continuous process improvements, working closely with Finance and IT teams as needed.
*Tracks necessary updates to tax risk documentation and associated policies.
*Stays informed on emerging tax regulations to ensure the group remains compliant, including participating in external consultations and presenting to the Board and shareholders when required.
*Takes on leadership responsibilities within the Tax Team.
Requirements:
*Qualified CTA and/or ACA or equivalent
*Knowledge of UK taxes, particularly in the Real Estate sector
*Indirect Tax experience and knowledge of other jurisdictions
The role is based in London 3 days a week, paying up to £95,000 + bonus.
