*Lead complex change management initiatives
*Navigate sophisticated multi-asset trading environments
*Assist in developing and implementing a new operating model of trading, then guide the implementation.
*Drive technological transformation
*Demonstrate exceptional governance and regulatory expertise 
*Shape the future of trading operations across discretionary and systematic strategies (equities, fixed income, FX etc)
*Oversee technology platform development and migration
*Build close working relationships with all the asset class specific Heads of Trading, and the change and technology teams.  
*Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
*Lead the Trading Oversight function
*Represent trading interests across global business forums
Ideal Candidate Profile
*Senior executive with extensive trading operations and front office experience
*Deep understanding of investment management, and the trading infrastructure and wider market.
*Experience in building a trading operating model
*Proven track record of strategic transformation and implementation
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
