Role Title: Cargo Underwriter
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Underwriter to profitably underwrite, analyze, and develop a very profitable cargo account in line with the Annual Business Plan targets.

Key Responsibilities: *Underwrite and analyze the cargo account to meet business objectives.
*Provide clear direction, goals, and constructive feedback to team members.
*Foster collaboration and drive company culture through open communication and leadership.
*Develop and implement annual performance reviews and development plans.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
*Maintain and enhance technical training and personal development.
Qualifications and Skills: *ACII or equivalent professional qualification.
*Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
*Proven underwriting ability and competence.
Preferred Experience: *Demonstrated experience in underwriting within the cargo class.
*Strong analytical and communication skills.
*Ability to collaborate and lead within a team environment.
*Open to cargo brokers.
