This role involves creating tailored client materials, including reporting, macroeconomic exhibits, and portfolio analytics. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple teams-Portfolio Analytics, Client Service, Portfolio Management, Marketing, RFP, and Legal-to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives and gain exposure to projects across various asset classes and sales distribution channels.


Key Responsibilities:

*Develop in-depth understanding of global fixed income strategies to produce client reports and portfolio review presentations.
*Run performance attribution reports and conduct ad-hoc analysis on key drivers of portfolio performance.
*Assist with the global client analytics reporting process, ensuring compliance with investment management agreements (IMAs).
*Serve as the main contact for portfolio data and statistics, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
*Enhance key reporting tools, working with IT to improve the quality of client-facing deliverables.
*Participate in firm-wide strategic client service initiatives and contribute to efficiency-focused projects.
*Communicate effectively with investment strategy experts, incorporating feedback from investment, sales, and legal teams.
*Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data analysis and improve workflow efficiency.


Qualifications:

*Proficient in using Python for workflow automation.
*Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
*A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Science, or Mathematics is preferred.
*4+ years of post-graduate experience in asset management is advantageous.
*Strong understanding of financial markets, fixed income, investment strategies, and performance attribution analysis.
*Experience in creating complex, formula-driven spreadsheets, pivot tables, and macros.
*Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statistics and fixed income market data.
*Experience building presentations with data-driven slides, including graphics.
*Motivated team player, with a proactive, self-starting approach and a strong attention to detail.
*Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
