Our client is an impressive venture capital Investor which is looking to hire a Fund Finance Analyst to support the Fund Controller in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across an impressive variety of responsibilities across fund finance whilst also owning the valuations and portfolio analysis. This is a growth hire that will act as a business partner and support senior management in oversight of fund finance, portfolio monitoring, portfolio valuations, portfolio analytics, process improvement and supporting the investment team on the transaction process. What the job involves *Preparation of valuation models and other valuation documentation in relation to portfolio companies.
*Oversight of financial reporting by administrators
*Oversight of investor and regulatory reporting
*Assistance of annual audit process for all investment vehicles and funds
*Assistance in management of fund cash and liquidity, capital calls & distributions.
*Review and continuous maintenance of investment analysis, investment structures and investor analytics
*Assisting management with the implementation and process improvement of fund operational systems and controls
*Supporting senior management in a variety of other ad-hoc projects
Who we are looking for *Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
*Financial services experience would be desirable
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, modelling experience an advantage
*Happy to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
*Self-motivated, proactive and with a strong work ethic
*Engaging personalist: able to interact with a broad range of service providers
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
